In February, America for Bulgaria Foundation was awarded the “Donor of the Year” prize, organized by the National Library “Sts. Cyril and Methodius”.
For the eighth consecutive year, the “Donor of the Year” initiative recognizes individuals and organizations for their contribution to the development of the library, the preservation of written heritage, and support for its activities.
The America for Bulgaria Foundation was recognized for its long-standing donations covering postal expenses in support of the library’s work.
The ceremony took place on February 5 in the Central Lobby of the library, in the presence of representatives of cultural institutions, donors, and partners of the National Library.
